1. Scope of Services

We provide residential property inspections, including but not limited to structural assessments, mechanical system evaluations, sewer scope inspections, and radon testing. Our inspections are visual and non-invasive unless otherwise specified.

2. Limitations

Our inspections do not guarantee future performance or condition of any system or component. We do not dismantle equipment or access areas deemed unsafe or inaccessible at the time of inspection.

3. Sewer Scope and Radon Testing

Sewer scope inspections are limited to accessible lateral lines and do not include municipal systems. Radon testing is conducted using industry-standard equipment and protocols, but results may vary due to environmental factors.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to all areas of the property. We are not liable for missed components due to restricted access or concealed conditions.

5. Report Delivery

Inspection reports will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of the inspection. Reports are intended for the sole use of the client and are not transferable without written consent.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the inspection service. We are not responsible for consequential damages or repairs arising from undiscovered defects.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the inspection unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
